SMART elections files lawsuit against ROCKLAND COUNTY NY boe

Petitioners Diane Sare, a Candidate for US Senate for New York State, Mark Murphy, a registered voter in Rock.land County who voted in the 2024 General Presidential election; Adam Mocio, a registered voter in Rockland County who voted in the 2024 General Presidential election; and

SMART Legislation ...  hereby complain as follows against the Respondent Rockland County Board of Elections ("Rockland BOE").

Exhibits for the lawsuit illustrate that the Rockland County Board of Elections is not counting all the votes, based on sworn voter affidavits.

In this Rockland County district (Ramapo 35) Kamala Harris received zero votes, even though the Democratic candidate for Senator, Kirsten Gillibrand, received a majority of the vote (79%).

Court Challenge Charges Gross Irregularities and Reports of Bribery in Harlem Election 

New York, NY – SMART Elections and its Co-founder and Executive Director, Lulu Friesdat, are lead plaintiffs in a lawsuit filed Thursday, October 17th, against the New York City Board of Elections (NYCBOE). 

Exhibits for the lawsuit illustrate the discrepancies in the number of ballots, evidence of illegal electioneering, missing seals on ballot boxes and reports of poll workers being paid cash under the table.
