Here is a suggestion for what to say:

Dear Governor Cuomo.

I am calling to alert you that voting systems that experts say pose "extraordinary risks for the voters of New York." are being introduced into our state. They are called "hybrid" voting machines and often use touch screens to record votes and bar codes to count them. 

I’m asking you, urgently, to take action to stop these voting systems from being used. Experts say they will deteriorate our ability to have confidence in our elections.

One step you could take is to support the "hybrid"-ban bill A1115 / S309.
