To prevent the community spread of COVID-19, all registered voters may apply for an Absentee Ballot to vote in the upcoming June 23, 2020 elections.
If you are affected by COVID-19, please check the box for “Temporary Illness” on the application. The definition has been temporarily expanded to include those affected by COVID-19 and/or the potential of contracting the virus.
This website can be used only by registered New York City voters to apply for an Absentee Ballot for the June 23, 2020 Elections.

The ballot must be postmarked by June 23rd and received by June 30th to count.
Request your absentee ballot online here. The form will work best if you download it to your computer and fill it out in Adobe. You must email it back by June 16th, 2020.

When signing this form, your board of elections will accept standard text input as a voter's signature. After completing this form, save it and email, mail or hand-deliver it to your local board of elections. You can find contact information for your local board of elections online at https://www.elections.ny.gov/CountyBoards.htmlhttps://www.elections.ny.gov or by visiting and clicking on “County Boards” on the left side.
The deadline for submitting this form is June 15th. .After you submit the application, an accessible electronic absentee ballot will be emailed to you. Complete the ballot, print it, place it in an envelope, and sign the back of the envelope.
To return the ballot, it must be hand-delivered to your local board of elections by 9 PM on Tuesday, June 23, or mailed so that it is postmarked no later than Tuesday June 23, and received by the county board of elections by Tuesday, June 30.
